Important Dates 2010 Marching Season

July 6 : 6:00—9:00pm—Rehearsal—All new members and students leaders

July 6 : 6:30 pm—Band Parent Meeting at 6:30 in the band room

July 8 : 6:00—9:00pm—Rehearsal—ALL MEMBERS

July 10: Vanguard family picnic, at Sharon Mathis house, all Vanguard members and family invited (come on out                                                                                      and have a great time with family and friends) at 6 pm.

July 11 : 6:00pm—Field Maintenance, we will be painting the field for the upcoming season, the more people we have the quicker we can get done

July 12-15 : 8:00am—4:00pm—Pre Camp (ALL MEMBERS)

July 17 : 6:oo pm—1st annual Corydon Central Vanguard vs. North Harrison Marching Cougars softball game / picnic.

July 18: Camp set-up for sections, Decorating for Band Camp field, cafeteria, and auditorium

July 19-23 Band Camp (ALL MEMBERS) Monday—Thursday 8:00am—9:00pm—Friday 8:00am—with our first                                                           official performance of the 2010 season at 7:00pm. We will need lots of parent volunteers to make this week run smoothly for                       your students

July 25—Fair Parade—time TBA

July 26—Aug 1 TBA Fair clean up—Students will be assigned days to work, parent volunteers are also needed.

July 26 and July 29—9:00am—12:00pm Full Band Rehearsal (ALL MEMBERS)

August 2 and  5—6:00pm—9:00 pm—Full Band Rehearsal (ALL MEMBERS)

August 9 and 12—5:00pm—8:00 pm—Full Band Rehearsal (ALL MEMBERS)

August 28—Pre Season Party , at Dean Stout’s house
